    I highly recommend going with Nicole when you're looking for a new home. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and she was always prepared to not only answer them but break down all the options and reasons in a way that was easy to understand. She made the whole searching and buying process much easier, scheduling viewings and walkthroughs in ways that we could easily tackle a few in a day without rushing and plenty of time to take in the area and ask any questions I needed to. She came prepared to every viewing and took her time to point out any pros and cons of the units I may not have noticed on the walkthrough. Shes easy to talk to and very kind too!

    Yesterday, Nicole sold our first home and I couldn’t be more impressed with her work ethic and professionalism. Before I committed to listing with Nicole, she would answer emails at all hours while I still attempted to list my house as “for sale by owner” (huge mistake). I was getting bombarded with calls from other real-estate companies, but Nicole was never pushy and was genuinely happy to help. It didn’t take more than a few days until I realized I needed to let her take over and sell my house. Best decision I could have ever made. My home had tax assessment issues, home inspection hurdles, and appraisal delays but Nicole never stopped solving problems and easing my concerns. She carried us to the finish line and I got exactly what I wanted for the house. Her energy and genuine concern for her customers’ well-being is incredible. You will not regret working with Nicole.
